U.S. Supreme Court Denied Review on Oct. 6, 2025 - Lawsuit Ended

It's been one year since SCOTUS denied my petition to review the most substantial challenge to the so-called War on Drugs, and two international treaties that had never been challenged. With that denial, the lawsuit ended. I took it as far as it could go, all on my own and using every penny to my name. For my well-being, I have stepped away from the conventional practice of law and any type of formal advocacy involving the corrupt courts.

This was the only lawsuit to challenge the entire genocidal system, rather than validating the system by seeking change within it. What I did not foresee is the depth of the corruption in the federal courts. While I did not expect this to ultimately succeed, I believed that the 9th Circuit would actually read the factual allegations. And I believed they would actually analyze the claims and publish a well-thought out opinion - for better or for worse.

That illusion was completed shattered. I now know it's a façade to make the people believe there is a way to challenge the government and their unjust laws. I am heartbroken. It took me a year to update the website with this message.

Regardless of the result, this lawsuit is and always has been for every human who carries their head low, walks in shame or truly believes they are worthless all because of what the government has made you and everyone around you believe about yourself and your place in society. This WAS and IS for YOU. This world needs everything that you bring. You experience the depths of darkness so that I don't have to. For that, you have my deepest respect and honor.
